If You Ordered Last Year - You Are Not A First Time User.
Your Account Is Still Active. Use Last Year's Login Code. It Has Not Changed!
If this is your first time using our system, you will need to activate your account.
A starter account was setup for those listed by your organization as participants.
Activating your starter account is easy.
FIRST TIME USER - ACCOUNT ACTIVATION INSTRUCTIONS
(a) Enter your Phone Number with area code as one number (e.g.) 3175554454 or
10 Digit Code Provided By Your School; and,
(b) Enter your Zip Code -- using only your five digit zip code.
(c) Then click on the Login Button
The System should recognize you by name and ask you to proceed.

If the phone number and/or zip code is not recognized, try using your cell phone number as your login phone number. Your account uses the phone number and zip code listed in your school records.
If all login attempts fail, select the Get Help! button to report a login problem. You will need to provide and submit ALL requested information on the Trouble Report Form. Trouble Reports are normally resolved within 24 hours - usually by resetting your phone number. You will receive an email notice when your account has been reset - unless you Internet Servive Provider's SPAM filter blocks it. If you do not receive a resolution reply, please send another GET HELP notice and note that this is your second request. When second requests arrive we will attempt to send your reply to you using a different email address that will not get blocked by your SPAM filter.
